TUFF (Teaching Us Fitness and Fundamentals) is dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening communities across New York City through comprehensive education, fitness programming, and financial literacy. We believe that when young people are equipped with knowledge, skills, and healthy habits, they become catalysts for positive change in their environments.
Our philosophy is rooted in two pillars: Fitness and Finance. We integrate these essential life skills into everything we do, creating holistic programs that develop the whole person—mind, body, and future. We use basketball education to champion teamwork and skills training, making learning engaging and impactful for young people. Learn More
